Content Planner Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your personal data and the data associated with social media accounts you have connected to Content Planner, and describes how we comply with the data deletion requirements of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google.
1Option 1 — Self-Service: Disconnect & Delete
Disconnect a specific social account
Go to Content Planner → Connections, select the connected account (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok) and click Disconnect. This immediately and permanently removes the OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and profile metadata associated with that account from our database. This action is irreversible.
Delete your entire account
Send an email to privacy@uconvertmarketing.com from the address registered to your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will process the request within 30 calendar days and confirm deletion by email.
2Option 2 — Revoke Access from the Social Platform
You can also revoke Content Planner’s access directly from each social platform. Upon revocation, we receive an automatic notification and delete all associated tokens and identifiers within 24 hours.
Go to facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations → select Content Planner → click Remove.
Meta will send us a Data Deletion Request Callback. Within 24 hours, we will delete all OAuth tokens, Page IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs, and associated profile metadata.
Go to linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services → select Content Planner → click Revoke Access.
Within 24 hours, we will delete all LinkedIn access tokens, Organization IDs, and associated profile metadata from our systems.
Go to your TikTok app → Profile → Settings and Privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → select Content Planner → revoke access.
Alternatively, visit TikTok Settings → Connected Apps and remove Content Planner from the list.
Within 24 hours, we will delete all TikTok access tokens, Open IDs, display names, and avatar URLs from our systems.
If you signed in using Google OAuth, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions → select Content Planner → click Remove Access.
Within 24 hours, we will remove the Google-issued session token from our systems. Note that your Content Planner account and data remain until you also submit an account deletion request via email.
3What We Delete
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted).
- Public account identifiers (Page ID, IG Business Account ID, LinkedIn Organization ID, TikTok Open ID).
- Public profile metadata synchronized from the social platform (name, avatar, category).
- Upon a full account deletion request: your personal data (email, name, role), content calendars, post drafts, images, videos, and internal performance metrics.
4What We Retain and Why
- Anonymized activity logs (no personal identifiers) — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
- Legally required records (e.g., invoicing data, anti-fraud records) — retained for the minimum period required by applicable fiscal or regulatory law.
We will confirm by email what was deleted and what was retained (and why) upon completion of a deletion request.
